Since our inception in 1987, Air Equipment & Engineering, Inc. has grown steadily. Starting out as an engineering company specializing in the design of industrial air handling systems, we moved eventually into the sales of various fan and dust collector lines. As growth continued, we added employees and shop space, and moved into the manufacturing and installation aspect of the business.

What we do

During the growth of our business, our manufacturing has been directed toward our own lines of dust collection equipment and specialized equipment. Presently, we have no field sales people other than engineering sales people, and we represent no equipment lines other than our own. Equipment and installation sales are achieved to a great extent by some twenty sales organizations scattered throughout the country. Currently, we have dust collector orders from numerous places in the US, and we have done installation work in California, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana.

Although Air Equipment & Engineering specializes in pneumatic conveying and separating systems, we are also capable in the area of custom-engineered applications, equipment, or sheet-metal fabrication. We perform both system and equipment design for a variety of industries and industrial suppliers, and currently have several patents and patents pending which reflect our innovative approaches to state-of-the-art equipment design.
