Not only is the Mini-Flow 1 compact and versatile, it also offers features
that are unique. Few bag dump stations or bin vents offer the ease of external filter
replacement. When the Mini-Flow 1 is used as a receiver or a mini dust collector, a
centrally positioned inlet baffle directs dust and material down and away from the filter
elements, lessening dust loading and extending filter life.

Applications: The Mini-Flow 1 can
fit where other dust collectors cant. This can mean less or no ducting, cheaper
installation costs, and less space required. The Mini-Flow 1 can be furnished with or
without a powered air mover and can be configured to serve as a two-cartridge dust
collector, a bin vent, a receiver-filter unit, or a bag dump filter.
Construction: The Mini-Flow 1 is
constructed of 14 gauge welded steel and is designed to withstand a differential pressure
of +/- 36" H2O. The Mini-Flow 1 contains two 16" x 8" diameter
standard 56 ft2 filter cartridges and is furnished with a Magnahelic TM
differential pressure gauge. The cartridge cleaning is effected by a solid-state timer,
pilot valves, and two ¾" diameter diaphragm valves. All standard Mini-Flow 1
collectors are powder painted inside and out to resist corrosion.
Dimensions & Specifications:
Options: Being one of the most versatile
collectors available today, the Mini-Flow 1 unit is available with many options.

Electrical Requirements:
All units require 110v single-phase current to the pulse timer. Mini-Flow units with fans
or blowers may have other electrical requirements.
